Menu (see below)
Tring – Dagmal (5.0%)
Collaboration breakfast stout brewed with local coffee roasters Bionic Bull of Hertford.  This dark beer boasts oats and milk sugar (lactose) for body, finished with Bionic House Blend, bringing notes of Berry Jam and Caramel from Brazilian, Columbian and Ethiopian Beans.
Wibblers – Dengie Dark (3.8%)
A smooth light malty bodied beer with low bitterness.  An ale which allows the dark malt character to shine through. Described by some as a great example of a northern pint.  Not bad for a beer with East Anglian Malted Barley and English Challenger Hops.  Oh and theres some continental Carafa malt in there too that makes it so smooth but don’t tell anyone, it’s a secret!!
Crouch Vale – Ten 46 (4.8%)
The return of a good old fashioned favourite.  Deep ruby brown in colour, this substantial beer evokes memories of a bygone age with a pronounced English hop aroma and bitterness.
George’s Brewery – Cockleboats Best Bitter (4.0%)
Deep copper in colour and brewed using five malts.  Two American hop varieties make this a juicy session ale that goes well either on the front at Leigh-on-Sea with a pint of Leigh’s own cockles, or watching the cricket in the park.
George’s Brewery – Broadsword (4.7%)
Deep burnished copper coloured ale in the old style of wartime Great Britain.  Malty roasted flavours slowly give way to a hoppy, smooth, dry finish.  Sup this reminiscent old brew, walk down memory lane and feel like you’re right there at VE Day.
Weetwood – Old Dog (4.5%)
This is as traditional as it gets.  Maris otter and dark roasted malts create a wonderful deep colour and buckets of English hop varieties combine for extra flavour.  This premium, classic English ale will be your new best friend.
Thornbridge – Lord Marples (4.0%)
It pours an attractive mahogany, bringing forth flavours of honey and caramel with just a light bitterness in the finish to keep it balanced.
Timothy Taylors – Dark Mild (3.5%)
A 3.5% dark ruby beer with roasted notes and a smooth, creamy taste. A favourite of lovers of a good mild.

CIDERS AND PERRIES
Saxby’s Cider – Original- Medium (5.0%)
This is a well balanced crisp medium cider with a fresh zingy start and a wonderful appley finish.
Sand ford Orchards – Devon Scrumpy- Dry (6.0%)
Naturally cloudy, full bodied and bursting with character, wonderfully rich apple leads to a satisfying cider ‘Bite’.
Lilley’s of Somerset – Bee String (6.8%)
Sweet but incredibly refreshing with a glorious fresh tasting pear flavour and a wonderful pear aroma.
